They have a ton of knowledge about the Columbia area, are honest about any questions you have, are very communicative, respond to your needs very quickly, and will do all they can for you. When we moved, we lived out of state, which made it difficult for us to have conventional home tours, and search for homes in the usual sense. The Brock’s got very creative with technology, thought outside the box, and worked very hard to get us all the information we asked for to make an informed decision.

Having them in our corner made us feel very comfortable in making an offer on a house that we had not stepped foot in. We wouldn’t have done it with anyone else, they just treat you like family. They also have great contacts that can help you with home inspections, finance, and beyond. They are truly a one stop shop for your real estate needs, as you take the next step in your life. We will always use them for all of our real estate needs.

They even helped us find a home for our mom, Sue!

So blessed to call them friends.

As we turn over our keys today, we are so very thankful for all the wonderful memories and friendships we have made at 826 Rocky Creek Way!

If you are in the market of buying or selling a house, we highly recommend using our dear friends, John & Jennifer Brock! They have continually gone above and beyond throughout this process.  They are the absolute best!
