For years, my husband and I talked about downsizing.  We finally started casually looking at patio homes in 2019.  We waffled back and forth over the pros and cons for TWO YEARS.  John and Jennifer were wonderful as we sorted out our thoughts. They continued to show us properties over the course of 2019 and 2020 and encouraged us to just figure out what was best for us.  In January 2021, they showed us the perfect property, led us through the purchase process, and then prepared our home for the market.  They were patient, knowledgeable and kind throughout the buying and selling process.  They both have impeccable integrity and I highly recommend them. The entire experience was a pleasure.
