John and Jennifer are the dynamic duo.  They helped us buy AND sell. I was truly impressed to see their teamwork, utilizing their expertise to get things done well and quickly.  They took a normally stressful task and made it a fun adventure!  John is personable and professional.  He was extremely patient and helpful, discussing options while helping us find exactly what we were looking for.  I was aware of many other clients he was working with, but with the attention he gave us, I often felt like we were the only ones.  That is a real gift.  We felt very cared for.  He truly had our best interest in mind.  Jennifer was always behind the scenes making sure we had all of our paperwork done right on schedule.  I actually miss talking to them every day!!  🙂 This market is crazy!  If you need someone to help you navigate buying or selling, I wholeheartedly recommend Next Step.  I have never dealt with a better team.
